Roles & Permissions

• There are 4 user roles: Owner, Admin, Editor, Viewer.
• Permissions are assigned at the Workspace level and apply to all bots within it.
• Only the Owner has full control over billing and workspace deletion.

Role Overview

Workspace members can be assigned one of the following roles:

• Owner — Total control over the workspace. Can manage members, handle billing, delete resources, and update all settings.
• Admin — Core operational access. Can create bots and scenarios, manage CRM data, and configure most settings, but cannot manage other members' roles or delete the workspace.
• Editor — Focus on content and logic. Can create and update scenarios, manage assets, and apply templates. Cannot publish scenarios or access workspace/billing settings.
• Viewer — Read-only access. Ideal for analysts or stakeholders who need to monitor stats and structure without making any changes.
