Questions & Answers

TL;DR:

  • Browse and search published questions at telego.io/questions — no account needed.
  • Asking a question or answering one requires a verified account; submissions are reviewed before they go live.
  • One canonical answer per question is highlighted; you can mark any published answer helpful or not helpful.

What it is

The Questions & Answers knowledge base is a public, searchable collection of recurring product and support questions — separate from the FAQ (a small set of fixed, editorial questions) and from in-app AI support (which answers privately, inside your own workspace).

Anyone can read published questions and answers. Asking a new question, answering an existing one, or voting with your account requires being signed in with a verified email.

Finding answers

  • Browse the full list at /questions, or narrow it down by category (e.g. Bot & Telegram Setup, Scenarios & Nodes, AI & Knowledge Base) or tag (e.g. webhooks, billing).
  • Sort by Latest, Popular, or Unanswered.
  • Search by keyword — the search also matches published answers, so a question can surface even if the match is in a reply rather than the title.
  • Every question page works without JavaScript — browsing, filtering, and pagination are plain links.

Asking a question

  1. Go to /questions/ask. If you're not signed in, or your email isn't verified yet, you'll see a prompt to do that first.
  2. Fill in a descriptive title, the details of your question, pick a category, and optionally add existing tags (community members can attach tags but can't create new ones).
  3. Attach up to 5 screenshots if they help explain the problem.
  4. Submit. Your question is not published immediately — it enters a pending queue for review. You'll get a notification once it's approved or rejected.

Answering an already-published question works the same way, from the question's own page.

Moderation

Every community submission — questions and answers alike — starts out pending and is reviewed by the TeleGo team before it's public. This keeps the knowledge base accurate and spam-free. If a submission is rejected, you'll be told so via notification; a corrected version can be resubmitted as a new question or answer.

Editorial content written directly by the TeleGo team is published without going through the pending queue.

The canonical answer

An administrator can mark exactly one published answer to a question as the canonical (best) answer. It's shown first, above all other answers, so readers can find the most reliable answer quickly. Other published answers remain visible below it, ordered by helpfulness.

Voting

Any visitor — signed in or not — can mark a published answer Helpful or Not helpful. Voting again with the same choice removes your vote; choosing the opposite replaces it. You can only have one active vote per answer, even across devices, once you're signed in.

Images and video

  • Screenshots you attach to a question or answer stay private until the submission is approved, then become visible on the page.
  • Answers can include video from YouTube, Vimeo, or Loom by pasting a link on its own line — it's turned into a click-to-play embed automatically. Other video hosts, and raw embed/iframe HTML, aren't supported.
