Trial and access after the trial

Every new workspace starts with a 7-day trial. The trial lets you build and test your bots before you choose a paid plan.

What happens after the trial

Your access follows this timeline:

PeriodWhat happens
TrialYour workspace and bots work normally.
The next 7 daysYour workspace remains available in a limited mode. Your bots may continue to respond, but access and usage are limited.
After those 7 daysBot automation is paused. Your bots stop processing new interactions and stop sending automated messages.

The second 7-day period starts from the moment your trial ends. It does not start again when TeleGo is deployed or updated.

What remains saved

If you do not subscribe immediately, your workspace is not deleted. Your bots, scenarios, settings, and saved data remain available in your account.

You can open the workspace and extend access at any time from Workspace → Billing.

How to keep your bots running

Choose a paid plan from Workspace → Billing before the limited period ends. Once the subscription is active, your workspace and bots can run again under the selected plan.

If the limited 7-day period has already ended, the bots will be paused until you extend your access.

If the trial had already ended before a platform update

The clock is based on your original trial end date. A platform update does not give the workspace a new trial or a new 7-day period. If the seven limited days have already passed, the bots may be paused as soon as the billing status is refreshed.
