Zapier & Google Sheets Integration (No-Code Lead Sync)
Capturing leads in your Telegram bot is only the first step. To make your marketing and sales pipelines efficient, you need to sync that data with your external tools — whether it's Google Sheets, HubSpot, Slack, or an email platform.
With TeleGo, you can connect your visual bot scenarios to 5,000+ apps using Zapier or Make.com without writing a single line of code.
Quick Summary (TL;DR):
- Goal: Automatically send lead data from your Telegram bot to Google Sheets, Slack, or a CRM when a user completes a form.
- Time to set up: ~10 minutes.
- Key feature: Actions Node → Sync HTTP Integration → Zapier Webhook.
How It Works: The Integration Flow
Whenever a subscriber completes a form or gets qualified in your Telegram bot, TeleGo triggers an automated workflow:
Step 1: Set Up the Webhook in Zapier
Before configuring your bot in TeleGo, you need to create a target URL in Zapier to receive the lead data.
- Log in to your Zapier Dashboard.
- Click Create Zap.
- For the Trigger step, select Webhooks by Zapier.
- Choose Catch Hook as the Event. Click Continue.
- Zapier will generate a unique webhook URL. Copy this URL (it will look like
https://hooks.zapier.com/hooks/catch/12345/abcde/).
Step 2: Configure the Integration Node in TeleGo
Now, go to the TeleGo Scenario Editor to send the captured lead data to Zapier.
1. Create a Sync HTTP Configuration
First, configure the reusable endpoint in Workspace Settings:
- Go to Workspace Settings → Integrations → Deliveries → Sync HTTP Configurations.
- Click Add Config.
- Fill in:
- Name: e.g., "Zapier Lead Webhook"
- Method:
POST - URL: paste the Zapier webhook URL you copied in Step 1
- Expected Response: JSON
- Success Statuses:
200-299
- Click Test, then Save Changes.
2. Add the Actions Node to Your Scenario
Identify the point in your flow where the lead is fully qualified (e.g., after name and email collected):
- Drag an Actions Node onto the canvas and connect it after your last question.
- Add action type:
integration.sync_http. - Select the "Zapier Lead Webhook" config you created.
- In the request body, map your variables using TeleGo syntax:
json
{
"telegram_id": "{%telegram_id%}",
"username": "{%username%}",
"name": "{%first_name%}",
"email": "{%F_lead_email%}",
"phone": "{%F_lead_phone%}",
"source": "{%utm_source%}"
}- Click Test to send a sample payload to Zapier.
Step 3: Map Fields in Zapier & Connect Google Sheets
- Return to Zapier and click Test trigger. You should see the test request sent from TeleGo with all variables resolved.
- Click Continue with selected record.
1. Choose the Action App
- Search for Google Sheets and select it.
- Choose the Event Create Spreadsheet Row. Click Continue.
- Connect your Google Account and select your target Spreadsheet and Worksheet.
2. Map the Data to Columns
Zapier will display the columns from your Google Sheet as input fields. Map them to the keys received from the TeleGo webhook:
- Telegram ID ➔ Map to
telegram_id - Username ➔ Map to
username - Full Name ➔ Map to
name - Email ➔ Map to
email - Phone Number ➔ Map to
phone
- Click Test step to verify the row is successfully added to your Google Sheet.
- Turn on your Zap!
Doing More: Advanced Triggers
You can use the same method to trigger actions in other tools:
1. Slack Alerts
Send an immediate notification to your sales channel when a high-value lead is captured.

- Action: Slack ➔ Send Channel Message:
"🔥 New High-Value Lead! User @ is interested in services. Contact: "
2. HubSpot/Salesforce Sync
Add qualified subscribers as new contacts in your CRM.
- Trigger: TeleGo HTTP Node (sent on lead form completion).
- Action: HubSpot ➔ Create Contact (maps
email,name, andphone).
3. Email Onboarding

- Trigger: TeleGo HTTP Node.
