Getting Started

TL;DR:

  • TeleGo gives you a Telegram bot that takes routine work off your hands: client questions, requests, bookings, payments, courses, and group moderation.
  • You set it up yourself: describe it to the AI Assistant or adjust a template in the visual Scenario Editor. No code.
  • Every client lands in the CRM, and Analytics shows how many people the bot served.

Who this is for

  • Coaches, consultants, and tutors who answer the same questions and arrange sessions in Telegram by hand.
  • Studios and service businesses that take bookings and payments through private messages.
  • Course creators who deliver lessons and support students in Telegram.

What you will learn

  • The hierarchy of workspaces, bots, and scenarios.
  • Key platform components from the Visual Editor to the CRM.
  • How our AI and Analytics tools help you scale and optimize your bots.

Overview

TeleGo is a visual workspace for Telegram bots that take routine off small businesses: answering the same questions, collecting requests, arranging sessions, checking payments, and cleaning client groups. You describe what the bot should do or adjust a ready template, and the bot does this work around the clock.

You focus on your clients. TeleGo handles the technical side, from receiving messages and remembering each client's answers to keeping your data safe.

Key concepts

  • Workspace — The top-level container for your team and resources.
  • Bot — A Telegram bot instance connected via an API token from @BotFather.
  • Scenario — The visual logic map that defines how your bot behaves.
  • Node — A building block in your scenario (e.g., Message, Condition, or Action).
  • CRM — The real-time database of every user who interacts with your bots.
  • Publishing — The act of making your visual flow live for all Telegram users.

How it works

The system is organized into a clear hierarchy that ensures data isolation and easy management:

Workspace
└── Bots
    └── Scenarios
        └── Nodes

Main Building Blocks

1. Workspaces & Bots

Everything starts with a Workspace. This is where you invite team members and manage your Bots. Each bot is an independent instance with its own Telegram token, configuration, and audience.

2. Visual Scenarios

A Scenario is the "brain" of your bot. You build it by dragging Nodes onto a canvas and connecting them with links. This defines the conversation path, from the first /start message to complex automated workflows.

3. AI & Automation

With the AI Node, you can leverage modern Large Language Models (LLMs) to provide intelligent, context-aware responses to your users, making your bot feel more human and capable.

4. CRM & Analytics

Every interaction is tracked. The CRM provides a complete history of users, their variables, and their message logs. Analytics gives you high-level metrics on how many people are using the bot and where they might be getting stuck in your flow.

In the UI

Navigating the platform is straightforward through the main sidebar and bot-specific settings:

  • Dashboard: A high-level overview of your workspace's activity.
  • Bots List: Your management hub for connecting and configuring Telegram bots.
  • Scenario Editor: The workspace where you design and test your automation flows.
  • CRM: The central view for managing Telegram users and their data.
  • Analytics: Real-time charts and metrics for tracking bot performance.

Documentation Navigation

Our documentation is organized to help you move from a beginner to a power user:

  • Getting Started: Concepts and quickstart guides to get you live.
  • Scenarios: Detailed guides on building and publishing flows.
  • Templates: Ready-made scenario starting points you can install into a bot.
  • Nodes: Reference material for every node type available in the editor.
  • Assets: Reusable media and files for your bot content.
  • Analytics: Performance and audience reporting for your bots.
  • Billing: Information on plans, usage limits, and workspace settings.
  • Troubleshooting: Solutions for common issues and technical questions.

Examples

Example 1 — Two bots for one coach

Goal: A fitness coach wants one bot for booking sessions and another for an online program.
Setup: Create a single Workspace, add two Bots (BookingBot and ProgramBot), and give each its own Scenario: bookings with reminders in the first, lessons and check-ins in the second.
Result: Clients book and study in Telegram without messaging the coach, and the coach sees every client of both bots in one dashboard.

Troubleshooting

Symptom: I’m not sure where to start

Cause: The platform has many features and the entry point might feel overwhelming for first-time users.
Fix: Follow our Quickstart Guide to launch a simple "Hello World" bot in under 5 minutes.
Prevention: Start with a single Message Node before building complex branching logic.

Symptom: My bot is not connected

Cause: The Telegram token is missing, incorrect, or has expired.
Fix: Navigate to Bot Settings, verify your token from @BotFather, and ensure it is saved correctly.
Prevention: Always test your token immediately after adding a new bot.

Symptom: I published but nothing happens

Cause: Your scenario might be missing a Start Node or is not properly linked to the rest of the flow.
Fix: Open the editor, ensure the Start Node is the entry point, and click Publish again to sync changes.
Prevention: Build a simple flow first, publish it, and test it in Telegram before adding complex logic.

FAQ

  • Q: Do I need coding skills?
A: No. Describe the bot to the AI Assistant or adjust a template. If you ever need custom calculations, the Formula Node handles them without code.

  • Q: Can one workspace have multiple bots?
A: Yes. You can manage multiple bots under a single workspace, each with its own scenario, audience, and analytics.

  • Q: Can users interact with multiple bots?
A: Yes. Telegram users are tracked uniquely per bot. You can view their separate histories and variables in the respective bot CRMs.
