Frequently Asked Questions
Platform Basics
What is this platform?
TeleGo is one tool for the routine you do with clients in Telegram. Your bot answers questions, collects requests, books sessions, takes payments, delivers courses, and keeps your client groups clean. You set it up without developers, and we handle the technical side so you can focus on your clients.
What can I build with it?
Most people start with one job they are tired of doing by hand: answering questions about prices and schedule, collecting consultation requests, booking sessions, selling a course or membership, or sending lessons and reminders. The visual scenario builder handles branching, media, and saving each client's answers, so one bot can grow to cover several of these jobs.
Do I need coding skills?
No. Describe the bot to the AI Assistant in plain words, or adjust a ready template on the visual canvas. The Formula Node and HTTP requests are there if you ever need calculations or connections to other tools, but they are optional.
Bots & Scenarios
How do scenarios work?
A scenario is a visual map of how your bot interacts with users. Each scenario consists of "nodes" (individual steps like sending a message or checking a condition) and "links" that connect them. When a user interacts with your bot, the platform follows the links from one node to the next based on user input or automated logic.
Can one user interact with multiple bots?
Yes, a single Telegram user can interact with any number of bots you create within your workspace. Each interaction is tracked separately to ensure that user data and conversation history remain organized. Our platform identifies these users by their unique Telegram ID but keeps their bot-specific settings isolated.
How do I publish a scenario?
After creating or updating your flow in the editor, you must click the Publish button to make it live. Publishing takes your current draft and deploys it to the production environment. Once published, any user who interacts with your bot on Telegram will experience the new version of your scenario immediately.
Group Moderation
Can my bot moderate a Telegram group?
Yes. Your bot removes spam, scam links, and rude messages from your client, student, or course group, so you don't clean the chat by hand. Add the bot to the group as an admin, then open Bots -> your bot -> Moderation, choose rules (links, profanity, flood, new members, AI filter and more) and a penalty ladder. No scenario is needed. See Group Moderation.
Can it moderate channel comments?
Yes — add the bot to the channel's discussion group, where comments live. Channel posts themselves are written only by admins and are not moderated.
AI
Can the bot answer my clients' questions with AI?
Yes. The AI Agent node answers questions about your services, prices, and schedule from your own materials, keeps the context of the conversation, and passes the client to you when a person is needed. It can also generate or edit images. AI is included in every plan. See AI Agent.
Can AI build the bot for me?
Yes. Describe what your bot should do in a sentence or two, for example "answer questions about my classes and collect requests for a trial session". The AI Assistant sets up the flow, and you review and publish it. See AI Assistant.
Can I control how AI behaves?
You have full control over the AI's behavior through a "System Prompt" and other settings like "Temperature." You can define the AI's persona, provide it with a specific knowledge base, and set boundaries for what it should or shouldn't say. This ensures the AI stays on-brand and provides accurate information to your users.
CRM
What is the Telegram Users CRM?
The Telegram CRM is the list of every person who talks to your bots, with their answers, tags, and conversation history. You see who left a request, who booked, who paid, and who needs a reply, and you can send reminders or offers to exactly those people.
Why do I see the same user multiple times?
Our CRM records are "bot-scoped," meaning each entry represents a user's relationship with a specific bot. If one person uses three of your bots, they will appear three times in the CRM list—once for each bot. This allows you to manage different tags, variables, and history for that user across your various bot projects.
Billing
Are there usage limits?
Yes, each subscription plan comes with specific subscription limits such as the number of active bots, monthly scenario runs, and AI token usage. They grow with your business: Starter fits a first bot or two, Pro fits a busy practice that relies on AI every day, and Business adds a team. You can view your current usage at any time in your workspace dashboard.
What happens when I reach a limit?
When a limit is reached, certain actions may be restricted. For example, if you hit your "Scenario Runs" limit, your bot may stop responding to new interactions until the quota resets at the start of the next calendar month (UTC) or until you upgrade. We provide notifications as you approach your limits so you have plenty of time to take action.
Can I upgrade later?
You can upgrade your subscription plan at any time through the billing settings. Upgrading provides immediate access to higher limits and advanced features like the AI Agent or HTTP Node. If your needs grow mid-month, you can move to a higher tier to ensure your bots remain active and responsive.
What happens when my free trial ends?
Every new workspace has a 7-day trial. After it ends, your workspace remains available in a limited mode for another 7 days. After that period, bot automation is paused until you extend your access with a paid plan. Your bots, scenarios, and saved data remain in your workspace.
Does a deployment restart my trial or the 7-day limited period?
No. The access period is based on the original trial end date. A TeleGo deployment does not restart the trial or grant a new 7-day period.
